"مینیمالیسم" یا "ساده گرایی"، مکتب هنری است که اساس خود را بر سادگی مفاهیم و شکل قرار داده و تا حد امکان از پیچیدگی دوری می‌کند. سال گذشته شهری در مکزیک، شاهد ساخت سازه‌ای متفاوت بود که با الهام از این سبک ساخته شده و تجربه‌ای متفاوت به بازدید کنندگان عرضه می‌کند.

ماه دسامبر سال گذشته، شهر "سن خوزه دل کابو" (San Hose Del Cabo) در مکزیک، شاهد احداث هتل و گردش‌گاهی زیبا و مجلل بود که با الهام از سبک مینیمالیستی ساخته شده و مهمانان خود را با باز تعریفی تازه از هنر، معماری و طراحی غافلگیر کرد. در واقع شاید این هتل سفید رنگ، مینیمالیستی‌ترین هتلی باشد که تا به حال ساخته شده است.

این هتل توسط معمار خلاق و خوش ذوق مکزیکی "میگوئل انجل آراگونس" (Miguel Angel Aragones) طراحی و اجرا شده و دارای ۲۵۰ اتاق است. این دومین هتلی است که توسط این معمار مشهور مکزیکی ساخته شده است.

همان گونه که از یک هتل مجلل و لوکس برمی‌آید، این هتل هم با مجموعه امکانات متنوع و سرویس‌های ویژه‌ای همچون پیشخدمت اختصاصی، منوهای متنوع خدماتی، فروشگاه و مرکز خرید لوکس و ...به جلب نظر مهمانان همت گمارده است.

اما بیش از هر چیز دیگر، معماری متفاوت این مجموعه است که توجه بازدید کنندگان را به خود جلب کرده و حسی متفاوت را به آنها القا می‌کند.
